Nice figures. Surprised to see large units of mounted troops. Nearly all troops fought on foot in the WOTR. Also very unlikely that crossbows were used in the field.

We used modified Tactics Medieval. It's simple enough for new players to pick up quickly at a convention.

Good catch! We used some mounted knights! Mainly because we had them for Continental battles. We gave each "battle" a mounted reserve unit. You are likely correct but we allowed one unit of skirmishing crossbows since they are an option in the army lists.
