We are currently completing the Russian 12th division in Minifigs 25mm to be used in our group's forthcoming 1812 wargames and questions have arisen as to the correct colours for the shoulder straps and pompoms (below the plumes) for the "grenadier" platoons in the Jager units in that Division – namely, the 6th and 41st Jagers. Can anyone assist with the information or point us in the right direction?

The shoulder straps with the division number for the 6th Jager was yellow, while sky-blue ones for the 41st. The pompoms were same for the two regiments, i.e., red for the 1st bns, red with green below for the 2nd bns, red with sky-blue below for 3rd bns.

Please refer to Gingerich for the pompon colors, which reflect new research (footnoted).
