"Takigawa Kazumasu, Oda general" Topic

Hi,

I am trying to track down Takigawa Kazumasu Sashimono.

He was one of Oda's five generals.

I have found the mon but not any other details.

I would be greatful for any help in this matter.

Only information I have is his quince flower mon in brown on white. No idea how accurate that is though. However, his Uma Jirushi was 3 gold balls:

There's another standard as well as the uma-jirushi at link but I don't think it's intended to be a sashimono.

The flower mon is the same as the one in the link by GurKhan above, but brown instead of blue.

The nobori battle flag in the same link is taken from the Nagashino screen. There are 2 positions on the screen with this banner but unfortunately I don't have an image with a high enough resolution to see who they might belong to. It's possible that Takigawa is behind one of them with a sashimono with his mon in black on white, but I couldn't be sure.

OK, Thanks for trying. Its proving difficult to track down his sashimono :-)

Well, here is a close up of Takigawa on the Nagashino battle screen, but there's no sign of anyone wearing a sashimono anywhere near him, unfortunately.

There is this, though. These are two stills taken from the NHK Taiga Drama 'Sanada Maru.' Here Takigawa Kazumasa is fighting the Hojo. No idea how accurate the sashimono are, but they look good.

Rabelais you are a STAR ! Well done in finding those two stills. You made me really happy. Now I can start my Dixon army.
