Back in June I went to the Battle Group Market Garden Campaign weekend at the Wings Social club in Broughton home of the Deeside Defenders. 18 players split between Allies and Axis. The Axis players could take any German forces Kursk and Overlord books with the list restrictions from the Market Garden book. The Allies could take British Armour from the Overlord book or American or British Paratroopers from the Market Garden book. All 9 tables are pictures here, I'll be posting in game photos soon, plus my AARs: thewargamingmegalomaniac.blogspot.com My British paras fought on these ones: Arnhem 4x4ft board

Great set ups. I especially like how the lighting is used to simulate dusk or dawn. Just light enough to play the game. |
