A very impressive model! It certainly conveys the look and the feel of the original. The use of buff upperworks and white hull makes it very clear that this is a US Navy ship.

Thanks for the kind words everybody. TheBeast, sadly their hulls have been dry since my last outing at Spartacon, the Castillo project took over my gaming life for most of a year. I plan to continue to build and put on games, check the blog from time to time as I will post the games in advance.
