I'm looking for interwar aircraft such as the Potez 25, Breda Ba 15s. Fiat 20bis, Curtiss-Wright BT 32,etc. As far as scale goes, anything from 1/300 to 1/200.

Thanks for any help.

Minairons.eu make a few in 10mm and I sell them at ScaleCreep.com

Otherwise, have you checked Shapeways?

Love to hear what your project is, please !

Yes, Shapeways stuff can be scaled easily, but those are pretty obscure aircraft.

Looking at gaming the Gran Chaco War between Paraguay and Bolivia in the 30's.

This seems to be the most comprehensive range for Gran Chaco sand it is on Shapeways.

They do 1/100, 1/144 and 1/285, that last one should suit you, though it is far from complete in that smaller scale.

Others? Tend to focus on aircraft that served into WW2 or Spain, so you might find a CR20 or a Curtiss Hawk here and there.

Hurrahbro,
Wow that covers most of the aircraft of that period. Thanks.

Hi Leadpusher, I have a similar interest because of a local Imagi-nation game and AVBCW so did some research way back and stumbled across those.
We do 1/144 because it works well with 10/12mm and 15mm as ground support and on their own in air to air games.

Interesting project.

IIRC, opposing aircraft only engaged one another on five or six occasions during that entire war.

Am I mis-remembering?

Take a look at Armaments in Miniature. Dave makes a variety of Interwar planes in both 1/300th and 1/200th.

Chicklewis,

From the onset of hostilities September 1932 until the peace agreement early in 1935 there were some 16 or so encounters between opposing aircraft. Granted most were between only a couple of aircraft, however, June 1933, saw a large raid for this conflict, of 9 Bolivian aircraft to attack the Paraguayan air bases which were defended by 3 aircraft.

Don't know where you are looking but nothing in 1/300 and a couple at most in 1/200. Am I missing something? A hidden page? I have seen that before.

I consider Spanish Civil War "Interwar".

True, but 2 planes, neither used in the Chaco War, in 1/200 only. But under WWII there is the Br.20!

What air to air rules are you using? Or will the aerial battles be abstracted and only air to ground, and vice versa?
