Very nice! How many does it take to field a "unit"? In Might of Arms, it takes three in a unit…I have 3 units. P. |

Thanks gents, not too sure how elaborately decorated Numidian elephants were, but they do look good. I guess anywhere between 1-3 models for most rule sets… |

According to the "de Bello Africq", King Juba's were "covered with trappings and ornaments" – so certainly not plain and sober. The Victrix schemes are quite imaginative, but there is no real evidence to say they're wrong! |

Those are gorgeous. I've always wanted my elephants to have patterns on the blankets like that, I'm just no good at doing it by hand. Putting designs on the tower sides is an awesome idea. Did you paint all those patterns by hand? - Ix |

No Yellow Admiral, they're all transfers, Victrix do two sets – Carthaginian and Numidian. They include howdah, blanket and shield transfers. |
