It's in Illinois, it's an historic outdoor village, and it showcases 19th Century life.

No but looks interesting. I live about 10 miles or so from Greenfield Village in Dearborn Michigan so I am spoiled for great outdoor historical locations.

In Naperville, which is a large suburb of Chicago, directly west of the city. I think that it's in DuPage county.
