HaT produces sets/restocks in batches, and the popular ones sell fast when they are in-stock. I would suggest checking their forums for when the next scheduled run is for them.

That and the Peninsular Brits are some of their most popular sets, and are frequently sold-out.

Speaking of ZW Brits I have figs from ACTA, Italeri and HaT and they are all different sizes. Scale creep I reckon. 😁

That's why I moved out of 1/72 to 28mm Napoleonics. Couldn't cope with the random sizes and sculptors in the HaT line.

I mentioned in a post awhile back that the HaT 17th lancers are huge compared to their other sets. Nice figs though!
