"Greenstuffworld don't want my money" Topic

Ive been trying to buy some GreenStuff world rolling pins but it has been a nightmare, so i dont want them now.

I did "buy it now" for a set of rolling print pins on EVilbay, 19th MAY

paid via paypal, no problems

a while later 23rd MAY , eBay message "GSW has cancelled your order" the message state " Something is wrong with your address".

and i received a full refund.

so i ebay messaged them , no reply.

waited a few days and messaged again , no reply

messaged them on Facebook,28th MAY swift reply, gave me an email addres to reply .

sent email same day 28th MAY, no reply

messaged them on FB june 1st, no reply (was seen same day)

8th June, still no reply, so i have FB message them saying just dont bother , this is too much hassle , and i wont buy from at all , ever,
I know people do buy from them and get orders a friend at the local club has some, says he like them too , just not me.

That is definitely strange.

They have no problem taking my money. And no problem with processing my order promptly. I haven't had to message them though. :)

Yep , i just dont get it.
Ive got good feedback on ebay, i allowed time in between contacts, tried several methods incase junk folder.

It just got to the point that i had had enough.

i just done an email order with another company and they let me pay via paypal , without registering for an account ( i hate making account, dont care if its the "programs " fault),
they want my money
