We played a 1000 point game recently.

Age of Fantasy is from One Page Rules.

Figures are mostly GW Lord of the Rings. The Orcs are Uruk Hai scouts, and the Goblins are Moria goblins. The giant wolves counted as orc savage boar riders. The elves are LotR High Elves. The Unicorn counted as wood elf druid in unicorn. The army stats are all based on GW's other line, so they don't match quite the way I'd like, but close enough.

I have my own 4" hex version of the rules. Note that the rules themselves use inches. I just love the simplicity of just picking up the figures and putting them down.

I also used GW's Open War cards to define the scenario.

I always want to improve my battle report photos, but then forget to think about it. Next time, I will take a picture before and after the activation of each unit.

Nice AAR! Looks like it was a lot of fun.

Thanks, yes it was.

But I still need to be more disciplined about taking pictures!

I'd like to write an app that would let me take a picture, then record a quick note by voice, with just one button for the picture and one to finish the note. There are note-taking apps, but they take too much interaction.
