So as it turns out, Betrayal At Calth isn't just a starter set of 30k miniatures, it's actually a game. And as we've been discovering, really quite a good one: skinflintgames.wordpress.com/2018/05/23/bargain-at-calth-or-30k-for-under-5-yes-we-can I recommend this for anyone who wants to get a little extra "bang for buck" with their model collections, there are a good few eBay sellers who buy the game for the minis and sell the rest on for a pittance. |

It is a good game. Yes you can make the figures into whatever legion you like. We played it with World Eaters on World Eaters. |

My guys are going to be Deathwatch, should be pretty fluffy for stuff like Space Crusade and Advanced Space Crusade. Should be pretty straightforward to come up with rules for Orks etc in BaC using Marines as a baseline. |

I did mine as Angry Marines (the Chaos chaps) and the Ultramarines as the Emperor's Dominion (my home-brewed chapter) |

Great ! I always keep an open minded eye on EBAY. Never been a fan of the idea the figures I buy can only be the figures the seller wanted them to be. Or game for that matter.. |

It's a great game, and I've done a complete conversion for it for the Badab War. If you're interested, all of the stuff you need to play it in that setting is here: link Been playing it since it came out and really enjoy it. There's a lot of my games on my Instagram (Pizzagrenadier) using these rules and Badab era chapters. |
