They are HO scale (1/87) so fit that sweet spot between 15 and 20mm. There are a few resellers on Ebay if you search for Outland HO. They also make similar 1/144. The panels go together easily and many already have color to them. they are hollow shells but with a bit of work you could make them accessible.

That was my first concern. While searching them on the web, I found pics that seem to show some with floors and some without. They are nice looking and reviews on model RR sites say they snap together very simply like the old Plasticville kits.

That is my sweet spot for 15mm buildings. I like them a little big for the minis to account for bases and other positioning thangs.

I have "lift up" 1 and 2 story 15mm buildings with interiors. I think these really call for a magnetized (or missing) 4th wall a la dollhouses.
