I placed an order with them on May 2nd and haven't heard anything. Sent an email asking about the status of my order and haven't received a reply. I used to get my redoubt figures from the Miniature Service Center and this is my first order from the mother ship. Just curious if this is typical? 10 days without any update or contact has me a little concerned. |

My order was eventually delivered with a written apology by Andy. There are not very many sellers who will take the time to do this respectful act. As the links will no doubt explain, He is likely still in the transition of acquiring Redoubt. Andy will deliver so no need to worry. |

Redoubt has been acquired by Andy, who is fighting the beast and trying to tame it……with any new acquisition brings new challenges and Redoubt has many!

Meanwhile I placed an order with Empress Miniatures on 5/2/18 received a shipping notification email on 5/8/18 and received my figures on 5/15/18. Like night and day. |

@Fettster I've also attempted contact without success. on Facebook I found an email address but I haven't tried it yet.You may already have it but here it is.. grubbyt@hotmail.co.uk Also on FB there was a post about delivery issues and someone named Chris Nelson seems to have the owners ear. link It's all very odd. |
