Looking for miniatures to use for Revere, Dawes, and Prescott on the midnight ride. Only thing I can find not in uniform are the Perry mounted militia and the Outpost Highwaymen, all heavily armed. Could live with this but would love something more apropos. I'm actually sort of surprised no one has ever done these miniatures. They seem like obvious choices for the period and good to insert in games as secondary objectives. Would probably sell well too if nicely done.

Try Fife and Drum.
Jim sells some excellent mounted militia, including with coats for that chilly midnight ride. The swords or muskets can easily be cut away, if carried. I just got mine last week, but they are in the status of "finish the stuff you have started first!"
I got all of them because I have an insane "need" for 50+ mounted militia. You can buy them individually.
Jim also has unarmed mounted Gentlemen in his Minden Range.
He also has 17th Light Dragoons.

And thanks once again for the info on Old North Bridge.

Thanks for the info Winston, and you are welcome re the bridge. Maybe we can compare notes on scenarios sometime….

I immediately thought of Greg Allman when I saw this thread.
RIP Midnight Rider.

Make your own.

I've made dozens of conversions of mounted figures using plastic arms and KMM heads.

Lots of mounted bodies can be painted to look civilian. I use Perry, Foundry and Old Glory bodies, with various plastic arms from WGF or Perry plastics.

Examples are all over TMP.

In fact, I have several ready for the camera later today.
