Wonder if any of those guys had been to a party or something similar.

When I was in Sub School, there were warnings all over the place about not going to any parties at UConn or the other schools, too many kids were getting fed drugs "without their knowledge".

We fried one dude on my first command for drug use, he somehow got high for his court-martial.

Had another guy test positive for something he had been prescribed, so he was in a mad panic to get all the documentation in line in the 3 days he had between the test results come back and his getting discharged.

Too many deployments. Too much stress. Why is anyone surprised?

And let's not blame it on those damn hippies spiking their Shirley Temples.

Hope its not from upper echelon slacking because that does trickle down.

Sounds like they partied and got caught by the random drug screen.

What a waste of hopes, effort and money. They are adults. They knew the rules and consequences.

Yup, a massive waste, because that's a federal felony on your record.

No VA benefits, even for combat wounds, probably no chance for ever getting a decent job again. I doubt even Blackwater or whatever they're calling themselves today would hire them.
