He's just building the cockpit. That's work, for sure, but it's not the whole ship. The cockpit is just one part of a project to build the entire ship. (Minus any actual working space hardware, of course.) Last I knew, the full scale ship was to be assembled in Tennessee. (I think Tango is trying to say, "First phase," and "He wants to make it all." So I'm echoing him.) I also think this was discussed on TMP previously. |
