Liam – are you saying you haven't discovered the Army Painter coloured sprays and dip yet? Essential for mass wargame armies in my opinion. |

Mass? That was something my Mom dragged me to. My Adam's Brigade was the nearest I got to that level of production and took ages. Currently doing a single Guards unit from Three Armies, but the weather is so nice outside……. I can hardly pretend mass wargaming, when my collection does not include single French Line Infantryman. Even for La Garde I only have Genie and Marins on foot! The idea of coloured sprays is one I had not appreciated. Dips, yes, although I favour washes. I only use Chaos Black for the simple reason I have always used it, for well over a decade. It makes a nice thin layer yet covers well. I once tried a spray from a hardware shop to do a number of brown horses. Never again. |
