Man, I like that pose. Very dynamic!

By the way, I always thought that Julie Adams looked like a distant relation to Jennifer Connelly and Cobie Smulders.

Great sculpt and painting job. How about a matching one of Julie Adams in that white swim suit? She rocked it.

Absolutely beautiful sculpt of one of my favorite movie Critters.

Ought to have a suitable damsel to complete the set.

However, sorry, guys, but that wasn't the lovely Miss Adams doing the underwater work, it was a young woman named Ginger Stanley who doubled for all the leading ladies in all three "Creature" films.

She also doubled for--of all people--Esther Williams in "Jupiter's Darling."

An attractive woman in her own right, gifted with the lungs of a Blue Whale.

LOL. I was talking about the young lady whose face is shown. She's like part Jennifer Connelly and part Cobie Smulders, but in 1954. :)

CC!

Yes, I knew you meant the beautiful Julia (Julie) Adams, one of my favorites from the 50's.

Probably more of a publicity item than not, she (or rather Universal Studios) had her "perfect" legs insured for a million dollars by Lloyds of London.

I wonder what the premiums were?

And if a sculptor could engineer it, I'd STILL like to see the Creature vignette with her to complete it.

And thanks for the publicity stills--outstanding examples of Hollywood photography of the period.

I agree! With that photo quality I'm thinking they could also be made into "posters" of some sort.
