Does anyone have any sources for 28mm ready made "plumes" or feathers" whether they are the more open, flowing sort for Renaissance period or the more cylindrical ones for Napoleonics? If not, are there any good techniques for making a plume either for a shako or side of a helmet? |

On FB I saw someone using a plant hole punch to make the feathers.
