A big minus for the customer service form Wargames foundry in the theme E-Mail response!!!
Writing again and again and getting no answer.
I think they remeber former glory days, when the must not mail back the customers because they are so many.
Unfortunally I dont know the right words in english, to say what I am relly think about such a behavior.
In world wide customer service from my company, such people would not work long at this position.

Von Moltke

Not answering e-mails is rude. Though they should be given at least a few working days grace to reply. To cover the inevitable "call them" reply: If calling them is the answer they shouldn't be providing e-mail contacts online. If e-mail is that unreliable then don't bother using it, as the unreliability makes the company look bad even if it isn't their fault.

However, VonMoltke, are you sure it was delivered? No bouncebacks right? If possible always send it with delivery confirmation, I know M$ Outlook can do it.

Salve Consul Scipio

I have send the questions from three different providers.
To Alan from the perrys, Mark from crusader, Steve from Monolith, Nic from Eureka, Gerry from Castaway arts and Glenn from Renegade it worked very well!
They are all very good partners and very customer friendly, answering me evry question.

Everyone is running spam filters now. Your email might not have made it.

Just happened to me yesterday. I called to confirm an order with Reaper a few minutes ago that I placed by email yesterday morning. They hadn't gotten the email somehow…

I have never had an issue with the nice people at Foundry, I would say that your experience is unusual

I'd back up the advice to ring 'em. I've had real fun and games with emails to people just disappearing into the ether. If your email programme allows it, try sending again with a read receipt, and see if that pops up or not.

Call the foundry, I belive they are toll free in the UK and US. Yes, in the US too. I've called them and had them look into packs for me, so I get the right figs in mixed packs. Never a problem…..
