I have like many of us from different manufacturers Miniatures, Rules, Squared Board Game Tiles. Like Sedition Wars. I want to make G.I.Joe Game and need Rules where can i make own characters, Equipment (Weapons, Vehicles), Quests and Campaign System. Modern Rules with Pulp. |

Two Hour Wargames. Great game system, just get the appropraite set. WW2? SciFi? Moderns? He has them all. |

THW has NUTS, which is WWII, and Chain Reaction which covers the modern era. Also look at Pulp Alley and Flying Lead. |

Okay. The rules are mostly tabletop, but can be played on the grid. Their are no free or buying Rule Systems like Imperial Assault? |

I think of the THW rules for modern, 2d6 Sci-fi probably works the best for a board game. |
