A very interesting and informative doctoral thesis, particularly with respect to armored operations.

He was an interesting guy (died in 2017). link

He expanded the dissertation Blutarski found into a book, Tank Tactics: from Normandy to Lorraine, which is available on Amazon (among others) link . I recognize the cover and think one of my mates may have it. If so, I'll have to borrow it to read.

Jarymowycz is of the school 'If you don't fight the way the Germans fight then you can't fight'. His book is very partial. As long as you know he has an agenda then you can discard his bias and concentrate on the facts in the book.
