The crew with the canon on his shoulder is the limited edition figure for the year. Black Scorpion do 100 of those limited edition figures, 90 for sale at Salute, and 10 available on ebay. Not sure he has a lot of use as a gaming miniature, but he still looks pretty darn cool to me!
