What does "1 per 4" etc mean on the melee casualties table? Does it mean 1 casualty per 4 figures in the unit? As far as I can tell, it's not explained in the text. Cheers!

To be clear, isn't it 1 casualty in the unit you're adjudicating per 4 figures in the opposing unit?
