The title says it all – I'm looking for 28mm scale canoes, preferably like you'd see in pre-Colonial South America, but I can work with almost anything as long as it isn't modern or decorated in extreme/specialized details. Thanks! |

I'm going to guess that you are looking in the Amazon region, not in the Parana river region for Guarani. The styles are quite different between the Tupi and Guarani peoples. |

I have some that are outrigger style and fairly simple so could easily pass as tribal. I also have non-outrigger ones. Drop me a line. mark@scalecreep.com |

Are you talking about simple dugout canoes? I'm not sure if this price is for just the canoes or with crew, or how many: link TMP link TMP link Also: link
I guess one could make them using a tongue depressor for the bottom, and just build up the sides with putty and plasticard. Dan PS. This particular one is from Nicaragua, but the style is similar to what they used throughout much of the Caribbean basin, South America, Africa, etc:

Firelock Games 2nd Kickstarter is supposed to go full fulfillment in the next 5 weeks. Retail ought to follow not terribly long after. They have a "canoa" in their add ons that ought to be pretty close. Check it out. |
