I have doubts that machine wouldn't tip over if that barrel was sideways

Recoil on that puppy would be brutal

You'd need big outrigger thingummies.
I suppose it probably makes for great commercials to make weird stuff.

Looks like the half track has insufficient payload for the gun, let alone ammunition. Are the crew carried in a second vehicle?

There is no point being on a 'Pintle' type mount as the gun cannot traverse because the shield will impact the front seats.

There is a reason the Germans only built 10 Flak 18 on Sdkfz 8 chassis!

I would be happier with a Nashorn.

Someone probably already makes a nashorn though.

This was a prototype and never went into production. The original had a different gun shield design. Heer46 appear to be just lazy and have used the cruciform PaK43 which they already sell instead of making the correct gun shield.

The original had no outriggers and was possibly only intended to fire into a very limited frontal arc. In other words another complete waste of time and resources on the part of the Germans.
