Oh, yes. Range, not scale, though. Someone wound up with 23 figures of a 24 casting unit and raided his spares pile. We've all done it, but he should be in a back rank. |

The biggest problem with mixing ranges is that the equipment is frequently different sized. A rifle can look more like a submachinegun when the smaller model is compated to the others. And significant differencrs in helmet size can be off-putting. |

This would be more easily done if the figures had open hands so that you could use the same scale rifles regardless of the figure size. |

Surdu, that is an excellent idea! Why has nobody thought of it before? Many Dark Ages figures are sculpted with open hands and you can get weapons separately. So no reason it wouldn't work in other periods. |
