How can a miniature of such excellent proportions and superb paint job be ruined by those pole dancer shoes that would be impossible to use in a combat situation? What was the author thinking? Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture *adult*" Main page en.diorama.ru/gallery/misc/762

Honestly? Men like girls in high heels, boots, and sexy footwear. Doesn't mean it's realistic, but they know what they like and they like what they like and know…and…well..you get the picture… |

The figure is obviously supposed to be a warrior, so why put her in hooker heels? |
Bobgnar | 12 Apr 2018 1:40 p.m. PST |
Ditto to Murphy. Maybe she is not a fighter, just a dominatrix. |
Mserafin | 12 Apr 2018 2:42 p.m. PST |
Maybe the model who posed for the sculptor insisted on wearing them. |

Obviously no one commenting is following 'Into the Badlands.' While rather less scantily clad, therein The Widow and some of the other female characters slay scores while wearing spike heels - Photo blocked by adult filter: "picture" At the end of this sequence she even uses the spike to finish off an attacker - YouTube link Amuses me when watching the show to see those heels. Wondered how they were avoiding some serious ankle injuries, although if you watch closely you can see that the actresses/doubles(?) are wearing flat heeled boots in much of the sequence. More readily apparent in this clip - YouTube link As to the OP figure – obviously as she has a 'pole' arm she wears 'pole' dancer heels… |

This is one of the best of the Las Vegas Swords'n'Sorcery dinner show miniatures series. Really -- very well done. |

Right. Because if it weren't for the shoes, she's wearing exactly what you'd expect for getting into combat with a melee weapon. |

When I see something like this I assume it is Court attire. |

A lot of 'wire fu' in the Badlands. |

Again I say, what shoes? You are obviously focusing on something other that what I am looking at. |

You get a figure like that with the amazing detail and you guys are on about her footwear?!?! |
Oberlindes Sol LIC | 18 Jan 2019 10:45 p.m. PST |
Footwear and just goofy armor fail this figure. The pose, the proportions, the paint job, and the weapons are all great, but it all comes to naught because I can't believe that she is anything but a dancer in a swords-and-sorcery musical show on the Strip. |

Just call her a gladiatrix and be done with it. Don't tell me that if gladiatorial games were to be revived, we wouldn't see women in fetish gear with impractical weapons in it. |

So, she's a dancer, what's wrong with that? Let us not forget, these offerings are often referred to as "fantasy figures" |
