A month ago I purchased some items from a spanish company called Escenorama. No messages about purchase status since then… no idea if they are still on business but delayed or out of business.

Can anybody provide some info about them?

I once participated in an Indiegogo they ran and got stiffed big time. Less than honest people.

Oh Lord I hope not! I spent a ton of money on their stuff during the Black Friday sale. I still hadn't received it but I have ordered from them for the past couple of years, so I am used to it taking months for their stuff to ship to the USA.

Hi again,

I went through the Paypal system trying to sort this out. I am not really concerned about the delay on the shipping, but the total lack of feedback. The last update on the website is from November last year.

Well, Escenorama has cancelled my purchase and gave back the money. No explanations. I hope they will be back on business in the near future, because I really loved the pieces.

I also placed an order with Escenorama on the 20th of december.
The items were marked as "available".

End of January, I contacted them. No answer to the email on the site, but I could get an answer with the email shown on facebook.
They told me they would ship the order "next week".

End of February, I had not received anything, so I contacted them again. Answer: "order shipped next week".

Last week, I contacted them again by email, paypal emal, facebook messenger: no answer.

This week I tried again: no answer.

I have now opened a complaint through Paypal.

I would suggest to stay away from them.

P.S. I found also an indiegogo campaign they run in the past, and it seems from the comments they did not fulfil that either…
