I was surprised that the recent plastic kit had snakemen with arms and legs – they looked a bit too lizardmanish for me.

But then looking in DnD 5e, you get snakemen with no limbs (Naga) through to snakemen with half a dozen limbs (Marilith Demon) – and the Yuan-Ti have everything in between – including no tail :-)
