After reading RogerC post for the war of 1812 I now find myself wanting some sled guns and horse drawn sleighs but in 6mm scale. Any company make those? or any company thinking of producing them? Let's hear from you. |

Seems to me that the carriage would recoil in the snow if the piece was fired. |

Georgia troops had two cannon on naval four wheel trucks during the Alabama campaign. No snow, so they were carried in wagons and unloaded each night at Camp or before battle. So using the properly built sled, it could be loaded on them. |
