Nice little story--but shouldn't the opposition be Viet Minh, not VC? Not that it impacts the story any, but when I see "VC" I think US-phase of the war. Rob |

You are correct. I realized it halfway through my writing hence at the end tally wrote " 4 KIA VC (VM)". I was too lazy to go back and change the rest because I can never remember the spelling of Viet Minh and have to look it up every time! Joe |

Thanks for clarifying the VM at the end, I was so caught up in the 'action' it didn't really hit me; "why was something a miss?'
*Katz was on the ball, I kept missing (time period) i.e. they had not become VC yet.
I may have asked this; Who does "Grunts Forward"? Im thinking its 'Two Fat Lardies'.

I did Grunts Forward myself on Wargamevault. link because I couldn't get Rich's attention long enough for him to bang it out.
It is an expansion for Platoon Forward that introduces asymetrical warfare and medals to the system.
Ask questions but as with all my stuff if you buy something and feel ripped off I will give you any money I made on it back. Thanks Joe |
