Does anyone make a WW2 computer moderated ruleset. I use Carnage and glory all the time for my ECW/GA/SYW/NAP/ACW but still struggling with 4 different rulesets for WW2, so just wondering

Try "Active Armor" Although it is an operational level set so if you are looking for skirmish it won't do. Website here:

scroll 3/4 down the page for the description.

This is an Australian company that make amongst others, a ww2 set called "Iron Tigers". I have some of the other sets, quite good.

Cheers guys, that's a couple for me to study. That should keep me out of trouble

I can only vote for Active Armor – but that's because I wrote it! ;-)

The latest link to Active Armor is on my site wargamingmachines.org, and also links to Iron Tigers and a game called Panzer War II.

All of these games are pretty different: Active Armor is grand-tactical (you maneuver battalions), Iron Tigers is more traditional lower-level wargame, and Panzer War II is very low-level and tank-focused (you run just a few tanks).

If you're interested, I have been working on a platoon-level game for 28mm recently, although its still in fairly early stages. Think Bolt Action or Chain of Command in terms of figures and scale. Let me know if that sounds like the sort of thing you are looking for.
