FWIW, this can already be done in 1/2400 with the Figurehead range. I've owned the Figurehead Trekroner fort for about 20 years, and I've made a couple Vauban-style fortifications from their other fort pieces. The Figurehead lighthouses and Martello towers are really cute, too. What's really missing from all these tiny scales is cityscapes. I would like to be able to make at least a part of Copenhagen or Amsterdam or a Caribbean town in the right scale. Some of the Irregular "2mm" terrain is just about small enough to look okay on a 1/2400 scale shoreline, but all of them are open little country villages; nothing I've seen is crowded enough to make the dense clusters of buildings inside the walls of period European towns and cities. - Ix |

Awesome news! I remember reading about this range's release in a wargaming magazine several years ago. So glad it's finally coming to reality! Thanks for the info Tango! |
