I want to compliment Bicorne Miniatures on their excellent customer service. I had ordered several Abyssinian figures but when my package arrived there were 24 riders but only 23 horses. I immediately contacted Bicorne. They apologized and said they would send a replacement. That was on Thursday, March 15. I received the replacement horse today, March 19. It doesn't get much better than that. I'll look forward to doing business with them again in the future. |
