I have and it is excellent. One of the best Mutiny books I've read, and I am looking a a couple of dozen on my bookshelves right now. Dalrymple uses a lot of Mughal records in addition to British letters and memoirs. You won't regret reading it.

As the posts above I also loved this book . I would also highly recommend "The Return if A King" about the first Afghan war . You can also check Mr Dalrymple on various You Tube videos . Thanks for posting Armand
