….. Justify This Gorgeous Darth Vader-Inspired Kettle. "I never developed a taste for tea, or hot leaf water, as it should be more accurately called. But how else am I going to justify spending $71 USD on a novelty stovetop kettle shaped like Darth Vader's helmet? It's even got a tiny replica of Vader's lightsaber for its handle. How am I supposed to resist that? I'm only human! I'm impressed no one has really made the connection between Vader's helmet and kettles before, especially given the glut of Star Wars-themed kitchen accessories already out there. But check out this epic item description:…"

I drink hot tea sometimes, whenever I'm under the weather or feel a disturbance in the Force. But I do love iced tea. Dan |

A kettle works for other things using hot water. Noodles for one, same with other hot drinks if you want to use the packaged version such as Hot Chocolate options (A drink that does exist in the Legends universe as a favorite of Lando and Luke…) |

But its not electric! Who on earth is prepared to wait that long for a brew? Not me for one, not unless I'm camping in the middle of nowhere and can only rely on a gas stove for making tea… |

Hey Dan, do you brew your own iced tea? I used to do the hot, boil water method, now I cold brew mine. Works much better and isn't cloudy at all! |

Now for an nice cup of cha and another piece of yesterday's pie. Yum. I don't have a Star Wars tea kettle, but mine does have a blue light that lights up the water whenever it's actively heating water. So I call it the science fiction tea kettle. |

@tango: Make a fire? Do I look like a caveman to you, eh? I don't live in a country with a respectable mains supply to faff around in the garden with bits of wood to make tea 8-15 times a day… And Cold Brewing? Now I know its traditional in Boston to cold brew, but on this side of the pond its a criminal offence on a level with putting the milk in first… |
