After the BoB series several of the real veterans released books. I have Richard Winters', Don Malarkey's, Lynn Compton's and Babe Heffron/Bill Guaranere's. There might be others too. For those that have read two or more of these books. Which did you prefer? I liked Richard Winters' the best, he explains the tactics and gives a good overview. It's clear he knows his tactics and you do get the feeling of a born leader from the book. |
