For me the best response to a surrender proposal is Tony McAuliffe's at Bastogne: "NUTS!"

COL there was a link on the right side of the page that took me there. Their choice was also "NUTS!" for number 1.

Not sure if the movie quote matches the historical one, but in "A Bridge Too Far" I still find inspiration from the British Paras talking terms of surrender when cut off and pounded by the Germans:

Major Harry Carlyle: "We haven't the proper facilities to take you all prisoner! Sorry!"

German officer: "What?!?"

Carlyle: "We'd like to, but we can't accept your surrender!"
