In all seriousness, how does a Roman palanquin differ from other cultures? Is it the bearers/passenger you want?

So, in an effort to answer my own question, the Roman "lectica" basically looks like a canopy bed. If I were to build one, I might use this market stall from Blotz, with the legs cut down: link And for bearers, maybe these Incas with headswaps:
