A group from the San Antonio de Bexar chapter of the Lone Star Historical Miniatures (LSHM) group met up on this historic date Tuesday evening to re-fight the final hours of the Alamo. The group, led by Dennis Castillo, met at Dragon's Lair San Antonio. The Alamo model was originally located at the Fort Sam Houston Museum, but was planned to be trashed in 2016 when the museum moved locations. Dennis saved the very nice model and now uses it in his Alamo games.

Wow, looks like a great game — and good move saving that beautiful model from being trashed and putting it to such excellent use!!! |
