How expeditiously do your troops respond to a crisis?

Oh. The troops. That depends on the rules. The subject line asked whether I respond to changes rapidly, and the answer is "not if I can help it." The people who responded rapidly to changes have CB radios, laserdisks, BetaMax tapes and about three generations of "smart" phones in their garages. As for wargamers, dig out an old Historicon events list, and have a look at the "hot!" "New!!" and "EXCITING!!!" wargames rules of ten or fifteen years ago. Always let someone else precede you into the minefield. |

I guess my troops' response time is average. Their general is semi-smart, but not too swift. |
