I think they are headed into Uncharted territory.

The male archaeologist obviously learned to shoot by watching gangster movies. I hope he knows more about archaeology.

Doubling the number of pistols does not increase your odds to hit if you lack basic pistol handling skills.

Archaeologist197027 Feb 2018 6:19 p.m. PST

What I should have looked like the last time I dug in South Texas…

Yes, holding a pistol sideways is only something a punk would do.

More likely a gangbanger and not a real gangster and definitely not someone I would want to be anywhere near when things go south.

Nice looking figure that will have no place in my collection.

"Yes, holding a pistol sideways is only something a punk would do."

Yeah, some other archeologist will be digging up his body real soon.

"Nice looking figure…"

Agree, both look nice.

The Shadow28 Feb 2018 7:42 a.m. PST

As nice as the figure is, I would never buy it, as the way he's holding the pistol would always annoy me.

Well… glad you like them in general guys!. (smile)

I agree the sideways pistol thing is an immediate turn off.

It would be easy to move/twist the arm a bit with a small clamp …

DeHewes: Agreed! :) And that Hasslefree order just keeps on building….

To all the naysayers, I actually agree the sideways gun thing is annoying, but it's an easy fix. I suspect the miniatures will appeal to those of us who recognize the inspiration behind these sculpts, and who (like me) have been looking for a suitable likeness for a while.

Thank you, Kev!!!

Actually holding a flintlock pistol somewhat sideways helps…

Sorry to ask the obvious question, but in what way are these people archaeologists? Could I use them as Action Accountants?

Private Matter02 Mar 2018 6:29 p.m. PST

I'd buy them for my zombie games

CAPTAIN BEEFHEART06 Mar 2018 7:59 a.m. PST

John S for the win.
