"How Picky Is Your Gaming Group?" Topic

On a scale of 0 (we play everything) to 10 (we are extremely picky about what we play).

7 – historical only with preferred time periods.

I'm in 2 different groups. The first would be a 2 while the other is a 9.

2 – as long as someone is willing to paint it and run it, there's not a lot of push back. Getting 100% participation? That's another story.

0 – personally I'm closer to an 8 these days.

My weekly group is about 2 for the group as whole. Pretty much as Martian Root Canal stated.

0. I don't think that there's any period or genre that hasn't appeared at 1 time or another.

I would composite average the groups I frequent as a 4.5 to 5 average one group is a I don't care as along as we play while others are the more if it isn't xyz I won't show type.

I am personally a 4 most of the time, I will give it a try or 2 but if its not my cup of tea I can go 10 versus a certain game or 2

4 – but some people are pickier than others.

8, we stick to certain rule sets.

1 – We'll play almost anything at least once, but we prefer historical gaming.

10. Historicals only. Scenarios based on historical battles. Rules that reflect the nuts and bolts of the period's warfare.

10 we only play what we like or think we might.

9 – almost exclusively play WW2. I've been trying to get the other couple guys I game with to expand their horizons. No luck so far.

If you plan it, we will play. At least once. So maybe a 2 or 3. We definitely have our favorites though.
