Kallistra sells several Cossack references in 10mm for the ww1.

These are lovely figures but, sadly, not 10mm. All of Kallistra's ranges are 12mm figures, 1/144 scale.

Pendraken's are significantly smaller and so are most other ranges.

@ gildas Facit: I have used both on the same table top, although not in the same units. I actually prefer Kallistra, the slightly bigger figures make painting easier. A lot of AFVs from other companies (Panzer Depot, Arrowhead, Dragon, Cando, Trumpeter etc) are also 1:144.

I tried with some of the other ranges and they just look far too different for me, half a head taller than Pendraken and almost as big as the early Peter Laing 15mm. Pity because they are lovely figures, I might still try some of the Belgians because Pendraken's are too late for 1914 and I'm not that happy with the proxies I used.

I don't do anything later than RCW so vehicle scale is not a factor for me and Kallistra only do up to WW1 so not really relevant to them either.
