I am looking for 2D space ships counters (about 1" size) that are visually cool, and represent at least 4 different classes: fighters, corvette/destroyers, cruisers and battleships). With black background and blank ( no letters / numbers from boardgames etc). I have not PC graohic software nor ability to make them myself, do you know if there are some available on the Internet? Thank you |

This may or may not help…. Look around on BoardgameGeek.com They have pictures of the components of various boardgames. You might find a picture of a counter sheet that will suit you. Then you just download and print. Handy tip: You can adjust the size of the counters in your print settings. Somewhere (depending on your computer and printer) in the box when you print is a resize type option. You can print at 50% or 110% to get the size counter you want. |

ADB uses 1" counters in their Megahex counter sets, and I believe their 1" Federation Commander counters can be ordered as spare parts. starfleetstore.com |

I went looking on Wargame Vault, had better luck searching 'starship counter' than 'spaceship counter.' Mind, more than a few boardgames with counters… I've seen counters on black, but print-your-own often have blank backgrounds, which may save you on ink, but kind of misses the point. Still, in such cases, even M$ Paint can be your friend. Are you avoiding universe-specific? I know others have mentioned ST, and I'm aware there are several from Star Wars to B5. Doug |
