Came across this while researching the Spanish Foreign Legion. Most are personal photos, but there are some interesting shots showing the uniforms and vehicles in use around 1975. Just click on the number. This period is not gamed often nor is there much in the way of figures. Too bad, it seems to have a lot of potential for some interesting games.

Many did not know there was a SFL. Osprey even has a book on it as well. Just like on the FFL. Got them both.

They are interesting, particularly the Rif War, Franco etc.
If you re interested in the Rif war and the legion, the TFL guide is fantastic.

This is the home page for the link I gave above. I'm still working my way through it. It's in Spanish. Some of the links in the photo sections need to be opened by right clicking and open in another tab. Quite a bit of info.

Hey rdg1125,

Totentanz is working on a range called Nato 86 in 15mm. The goal is to have cold war units for Spain, France, Italy, and Greece. So far on their site only has a hand full of Spanish units. They do have troops, I remember seeing pictures of them during the Kick Starter project. I'm sure they will release at some point. They'll have the Spanish Helmet and the Spanish Fal, so there's an idea for anyone whom would want to try a SFL force for Team Yankee or some other cold war setting.
