I can usually get a package *from* the UK to the US in 2 weeks. I returned an item to the UK three weeks ago. No word from the company yet (and no refund). I know the Royal Mail can be wonky. Maybe UK customs is holding it up? I have no way to track the package nor have any delivery confirmation. What should I expect? Thanks |

Sending an International package without any way of tracking seems a bit risky to me. Your suggestion of UK Customs involvement is perfectly possible; goods over a certain value (£15, I think) may well attract the attention of Customs and Royal Mail then collect the duty, charging the adressee a fee for the privilege. It might be that the recipient refused to pay the fees? With no tracking info, you are really up the creek. Of course, if it went Surface Mail, it can take several weeks, so could still be a chance for you. |

My experiences have been between one and three weeks. Certainly depends on how quick the seller gets it out. Never had anything from a minis company take longer than three weeks during a busy season. |

The longest time delay for me was a package of books that took 2 months to reach me in the UK (from USA). Prior to that, no idea where they were except Customs & Excise had them for a while before releasing them. |

It can depend on customs. Tony |

I send packages to the UK from the US all the time. I use First Class mail. Most of the time they receive the package within 5-7 days. |
