Of the four listed above, only Hooks Farm.

I however played all the scenarios from Grants "Battle" as well as "Tank and Infantry Action on the St James Road" from Featherstones "wargaming".

We didn't use Panthers cast from plaster of Paris though, just a very dodgy collection of old Airfix ones.
